Frankie's Fish and Chips
Staff at Frankie’s Fish & Chips in Brae with new uniforms and updated logo which will be used on all uniforms, menus, promotional materials and signage. This coincides with awards season at Frankie’s and after their success last year in scooping four national awards, they will be entering the 2014 National Fish & Chip awards.
Carlyn Kearney is enjoying her year as the 2013 National Young Fish Frier of the Year. She is also organising a Young Fish Frier visit to Shetland which will include the top young friers from throughout the UK.
John Gold, Manager at Frankie’s, is keen to once again enter the National Fish & Chip Awards as it has huge long-term benefits for the business and he says “As winners, it is a great marketing tool, keeps our standards high, gives recognition to hard working staff, boosts staff morale, increases footfall and promotes our business both locally and nationally, although each year gets tougher as standards increase and it becomes harder to achieve success through awards at this level.”
