Throughout my photography career I’ve aspired to have my own studio space, so I was delighted to launch the Ben Mullay Photography studio in April 2022.
I have photographed everything from newborns to graduates, business professionals to musicians and I’m grateful to all of those clients who have offered positive feedback on the space and the experience.
The Space
The studio is spacious, light and airy and has all the elements needed to provide a wide range of photography across a multitude of styles and for all occasions.
With up-to-date photography equipment and finished off with some homely touches, the Ben Mullay Photography studio is a tranquil space, whether to enjoy a photo session or meet over a coffee to plan your big day or business shots.
As well as having an abundance of natural light, the studio even features a balcony area with a view of Scalloway Castle for when you want to take a breather, through the double set of patio doors. Toilet, shower and changing facilities are also provided to make the process as easy as possible to fit into busy schedules or equally to keep everyone comfortable to allow for shoots at a relaxed pace.

You’ll be welcomed into the studio where we’ll talk more about your photographic requirements and go on to capture some important moments and precious memories. Settle into one of our comfortable spaces and I will make sure everyone is ready to begin.
