Katy & Jason’s Lerwick Hotel Wedding

Katy and Jason became husband and wife on Friday 31st July after their marriage at the Lerwick Hotel. 

As Katy was getting ready at the Lerwick Hotel, it was a unique experience for me being able to capture photographs just minutes before the wedding started as no travelling was required.

The bridal party comprised of bridesmaid Laurie, best man Sean, flower girl Lily-May and page boy Kyle.  Young Kyle did a great job of looking after the rings until his cue from registrar Marilyn. 

Due to the recent changes at the Lerwick Hotel with the Bay Brasserie restaurant now replacing the function room area, the wedding meal and evening dance took place over at the Shetland Hotel where Marjorie, Angus and the team were providing the service.  Evening entertainment was provided by the Alan Nicolson Dance Band.
