Best Town Centre Christmas Window Winner

The competition for best Christmas Window in the town centre has been won by Ninian, after 200 people voted for their favourite window online in a Living Lerwick poll.

The window was voted the best by 74 of the voters – with George Robertson’s coming second with 26 votes.

Business owner, Joanna Hunter, was delighted to receive the trophy, having started planning for the window in October. The paper chains were hand made with paper featuring Joanna’s own Fair Isle pattern. The knitted snowman was lovingly put together by the shop team.

Elaine Young was presented with a Christmas gift from Ninian, having been randomly picked from the voters.
