Harbour Street Apartment - Shetland Accommodation

With the staycation becoming the new vacation, it seems only right to share the photos I took a while back of Harbour Street Apartment, especially seeing as they launch their new website this week!

Situated in the recently renovated House of David in central Lerwick, Marie Irvine's first-floor Harbour Street Apartment was fresh on the holiday accommodation market in 2019 - and fresh is indeed the word, with its turquoise and wood accents giving a stylish and modern feel yet retaining some original features of the building.

Whether you're from Shetland or further afield, consider a holiday in Lerwick! Away from the everyday tasks of home life, it's completely possible to get the holiday feeling even if you haven't travelled far. You'll look differently at Shetland's capital and appreciate parts of town that you had never noticed before - there's always something new to do.

I really enjoyed capturing some details in Marie's apartment, especially the flecks of contrasting yellow which popped up from room to room. The apartment is beautifully appointed and can comfortably sleep five across its two bedrooms and bathrooms.
